Sometimes I visit a bunch of sites at once and get the comments mixed up. Sorry :-) Also ... cages is the word I use for pedal clips (or is it clipless? I can never remember). Anyway, those plastic foot holders that go around pedals. I'm not a big fan of clip-ins because I can be such a clutz on a mountain bike.
