So I have spent a couple of days here now for the Indy 500 mini marathon, and as I drive around it strikes me funny that all of the speed limit signs are at 55. In Texas the majority of them are set at 70, but I think it would be hard to live in Indy and not want to drive fast... I mean isn't the city known for speed?
I've noticed that too when I've been there. You really have to watch for the cops over there too. They had unmarked Mustangs patroling the interstate the a couple of years ago.
I think it's mostly known for crime. Well, and the Colts too.
