The Follow Up...
The Montana car museum doubled as an old prison, obviously it's not Alcatraz.. but it was still cool
An old school Paddy Wagon to take me away!

Below: Isn't this just the biggest Denny's in the world?

Above: Unfortunetly Texas has had a lot of rain, and of course the rest of the U.S. has been the opposite. There was a huge forest fire next to the Interstate "again" while we passed by. I got a pic of 1 of the 4 helicopters out there attempting to put out the fires.
Below: If I actually decided to collect these... I would be broke!

I am in Seattle right now... I will be here until Wednesday, on that day I will be flying out to Virgina Beach. I only have a few pics from Seattle... I will most likely post those up on Monday!

Montana Prison and Auto Museum
I'm not the hugest "classic" car buff... I am more of the latest and greatest, but after hanging out with Devin he's beginning to make me like a lot of the oldies but goodies!
This is a pic of my future car ;)

Below: This shot is for Omar the VW buff...

Above: I wish i had green rims on my car...

I posted all of the cars... I'll post a few pics from the jail later.
Right now we are in a town outside of Seattle called Bellevue. It is a really really nice city!

"Deadwood"
After we left Mount Rushmore, we took another small detour to see Wild Bill & Calamity Jane.

The town was pretty old, but it wasn't with cowboys and horses!
The town overall was small, obviously motivated by the large tourist attractions now. But what really made me snicker, was at the top of the hill, is where they had the biggest grave yard and the nicest grave yard. It's like it was the old west or something?
From the hit HBO series "Deadwood" Wild Bill gets killed right away. So I was told I never personally got the see the series, since it's hard to keep up with while traveling. What I was told was that the producers use all REAL names that are all there in the grave yard! I thought that this was an interesting fact, and that they stayed true to the history.

One of the largest buildings there was this bike shop! Nice town even more huh? It was mostly rental bikes for all the tourist. There looks like there would have been some NICE trails out there!

It makes me laugh that this used to be a vicious town, and now it's quite the opposite!

Mount Rushmore
We tried to go through the badlands but it was already late at night. So we asked around and they said do Mount Rushmore if you can only do one, so... that's what we did!

Below: We ran into this sign... "Strenuous" so of course we did it!

Above: MAN what a sight!
Below: A cool view from a small cave

After we finished with Mount Rushmore, we voted to head out to "Deadwood." I will post those pics later tonight or early in the morning, depending on what time we leave to Seattle.

My co worker is insanely IN LOVE with Mustangs! So we stopped at this rare museum!

Man soo many nice cars and soo many rare one's also!
We ended up doing Mount Rushmore after all, what a big head those four have! We also drove to the town of "Deadwood." We visited the grave site of Wild Bill... cool stuff! haha

The Last Days of Chicago
I finished w. my end of the bargain so now it was time for me to go home. As I walked along the streets of Chicago I ran into a wedding celebration. I personally found it to be pretty interesting, so I took a few snap shots.

Later that night we went out to see what Chicago was all about, we did some of our own celebrating and to prep ourselves for the trip to Seattle!

Above: Crazy Eyez Robby!

Above: Somehow we found the coolest driver in Chicago!
The next morning we woke up and headed on our way, and said our goodbyes to Chicago.

On our trip to Seattle we passed through Minnesota. Devin is from here so we took a small Detour.

He showed me a really nice park. Too bad that there hasn't been any rain lately, or else I would have gotten a picture of a really awesome waterfall!
We also stopped at a Mustang Museum, that was pretty cool. I will post those pic as soon as I have WiFi again.
I am in South Dakota right now and we are up early, the plan is to see if we can hit up Mount Rushmore!
And yes my digital camera battery is on the wall charging!

While walking around Chicago I ran into this custom bike frame...

Below: Ever feel like this?

Below:This was the main exhibitor

Below: Yes I am a chess nerd... but click on the picture, then enlarge it to read the whole story... I found it to be pretty interesting.

Below: What Chicago is known for.

Below: The busy city

Below: And last but definitely not least... are a picture of two of my favorite things, Chess and Bicycles! Money shot!
