Two things... One I "actually" went riding, and the second is that my HR did NOT jump and become insanly high while riding.
Because my HR didn't jump while riding... that just means that I am SUPER out of shape for running!
I have to admit though... while riding my bike I didn't realize how much I missed it! :)

hehe! aron is hella strong! marty and i went riding yesterday too, we found some bad ass gravel pit north of edinburg.. we were like 2 kids playing.. hahahaha sucks being fat and outta shape though!!
