The Aftermath...

A couple of days ago we had a small weather storm... I took some pics of the "aftermath"

This trampoline is detroyed with broken springs and all...
I don't know why it didn't fall off... but I just thought this pic added to the chaos ;)

I thought it kind of weird for my neighborhood really that got messed up because I didn't see anything else around the city, I just feel fortunate that my fence wasn't torn down by the "small storm."

Friendship...

What I am really trying to say here is... don't mess with my "peeps"

Night Ride

This sign is located on an overpass that is used for the night ride, we don't dismount going up let alone going down! Besides walking is for "n00bs"

New Patio

Lance at Academy...

I found this to be interesting... I was walking around Academy and ran into Wear Yellow jerseys and shorts. There were mostly only shorts left over, but I guess you never see that so that's why I found it to be so odd? :) They were "still over priced!"

The Tour So Far...

I have been watching the Tour here and there... I think Piojo was right that it's hard to consider watching when the podium winners last year are ALL not racing. I have to admit that it is starting to become better... Did anyone see that crash from yesterday??? I like to watch the crashes, but I HATE to be in them! Did I miss a TTT somewhere?

This is for all you pirate lovers! I checked out the movie and it is more action packed and fun than part one. Highly recommended, and don't read on if you do not want to read a "spoiler" but the movie ends to where you have to watch the 3rd part.

Went Riding...

Two things... One I "actually" went riding, and the second is that my HR did NOT jump and become insanly high while riding.

Because my HR didn't jump while riding... that just means that I am SUPER out of shape for running!
I have to admit though... while riding my bike I didn't realize how much I missed it! :)

Peking Acrobats...

This weekend the Dodge Arena had the Peking Acrobats. This event was different from the same ol' singers that they bring again and again. I was fortunate to be able to watch these people perform amazing stunts. What I found the most interesting is how much I related all of the discipline and focus to cycling, I know that a lot of the audience watching the show did not "appreciate" it as much as a cyclist would.
