Today I am going to do some braggin' for some fellow friends... and fellow Racers ;)
First I want to congratulate Jeff for finishing 3rd place at the Triathlon at the beach! :)
and Second I want to congrats to Brian Smith, and Nick Martin for finishing second over all in their category. Looking at all the pics and hearing all the stories helps get me pumped up for my 12 hour MTB race! :) I also will be running a 2-man team ;)

whoa, whoa, whoa.... I was only third in my age group, and it was a pretty small triathlon that was turned into a duathlon because of the red tide. I got beat by a 13 year old stud of a girl and finished 24th overall. Hey, but thanks for the credit and acknoledgment anyway. Right now I am taking some time off, resting, and unfortunatly getting a little fat.

I finished 1st in my age category in the last Duathlon but 22nd over-all! :) either way I still have a first place trophy! hahah
