What's up Seteve I like the way you are outting pictures in your blog. I was finally able to get back on the bike yesterday after my broken toe had heald and I got over this flu that I had. Anyways 25 miles on my single speed (53 - 16 gear set) and my legs feel it man i have to keep it up if I want to compete against anyone.
Are you heading to conquer the coast this year?
no conquere the coast... but I am planning on doing a duathlon that I did last year... and I am hoping to do the 12 hour race again with James this year, I already talked to him and said that he did want to do it. Rick may do it with Santiago strong team there haha
